As part of our trip to California (December 2013), we went to Lake Tahoe for a couple of days. We also went cross-country skiing for the first time ever. Sah-weet.

Great pictures Kathleen. So serene and peaceful and the cottage looked amazing. Shame you only included the photos of you upright and not the ones you sent me of your real attempts at skiing. Did you make any snow cones whilst in the snow? Do they have cordial there?

Yeah I only put one photo of my on the ground. The other three are hidden away, never to be seen again.
I haven’t seen any cordial.. maybe we should bring some back from Australia.
no snow cones.. we didn’t have gloves so it was too cold to touch the snow for long. (the snow man wasn’t ours)
